- If an item is out of stock after you’ve placed your order:
- If substitutions are accepted, we will replace with an equally priced item already on your order.
- We’ll notify you via email or phone.
- At time of check out - You can choose to:
- Receive a refund for the item.
- Substitute it with another product of equal value.
- If the item is part of a bundle, we’ll contact you with alternative options.
