When a package returns our return management team will contact you immediately with return options.
Customers are afforded three options: to reship the order, to select a credit code, or request a refund to the original payment method.
Perishable items (products that require refrigeration and/or are perishable) are not eligible for refund or credit. To ensure consumer safety standards perishable items must be discarded upon return.
All non-perishable items are eligible for full refund or credit/exchange as per the customer request.
Returned packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
